Terms of Service & End User License Agreement
Last updated: July 29, 2026
These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (together, the "Terms") govern your purchase of a license for, and your use of, the InterviewDashboard desktop application (the "Software") and the alphaaihub.com website (the "Site"), provided by AlphaAIHub ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a license, installing, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.
1. License grant
When you purchase an InterviewDashboard license, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
- Each license activates the Software on up to 2 machines at a time, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- You may deactivate a machine at any time (in-app, or from the customer portal) to free a seat for a replacement machine.
- The license covers one installation's use with unlimited clients, roles, candidates, and interviews.
- This is a license, not a sale: the Software remains our property.
2. Free trial
New installations may evaluate the Software with a 3-day free trial. The trial is provided so you can verify the Software works with your AI providers and workflow before purchasing. All of these Terms apply equally to trial use. When the trial ends, the Software stops functioning until a license key is entered.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Share, sell, rent, sublicense, or publish your license key, or allow its use by anyone outside your organization;
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent license activation, machine limits, or trial limits;
- Reverse engineer or decompile the Software, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- Remove or alter copyright or proprietary notices;
- Use the Software in violation of applicable law, including employment, privacy, and data-protection laws.
4. Payment, delivery & activation
Licenses are a one-time purchase (currently $249.99 USD per license) — there is no subscription for the Software itself. Your license key is displayed on the payment confirmation page and emailed to the address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for providing a valid email address. Activation requires an internet connection; the Software re-validates your key against our license server periodically.
5. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. See our Refund Policy for how to request a refund and what happens to your license. Requesting a refund revokes the associated license key.
6. Your AI subscription and third-party services
The Software works by driving an AI command-line tool already installed and signed in on your machine — Claude Code (Anthropic), Codex CLI (OpenAI), or Kimi Code (Moonshot AI). You must separately maintain a valid subscription with your chosen provider. With respect to those services:
- Your relationship with each AI provider is governed by their terms, not ours. AI usage bills to your own subscription.
- Document content processed by AI features is sent to the AI provider you are signed in with, under your own account. We do not operate, control, or take responsibility for third-party AI services, their availability, their output, or changes to their pricing or terms.
- We never receive your AI provider credentials or API keys — the Software uses your local sign-in only.
7. Your data and privacy
InterviewDashboard is local-first: your clients, roles, candidates, interviews, rubrics, and reviews are stored in a local database and folders on your own machine. We do not host your hiring data. On our license server we store only what is needed to operate licensing and purchases:
- Your name, email address, order history, and license keys;
- Machine identifiers and labels for activated seats;
- If you enable the optional sync feature: end-to-end-encrypted blobs we cannot read (encryption keys are derived from a passphrase known only to you).
Because hiring data stays on your machines, you are the controller of any personal data you process with the Software and are responsible for complying with privacy and data-protection laws that apply to your recruiting.
8. AI-assisted outputs and hiring decisions
AI-generated content in the Software — resume fit scores, summaries, rubrics, and interview reviews — is decision support, not a decision. Scores, quotes, and recommendations may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed by a human, which is why every score and note is editable before finalizing. You are solely responsible for your hiring decisions and for complying with employment and anti-discrimination laws in your jurisdiction.
9. Updates
We may provide updates, improvements, or fixes to the Software from time to time. Your license entitles you to updates of the Software as we release them, but does not entitle you to any specific feature, release cadence, or perpetual support availability.
10. Warranty disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ALPHAAIHUB BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SOFTWARE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.
12. Termination and revocation
We may revoke a license and terminate these Terms as to you if you materially breach them (for example, sharing keys or circumventing activation), if a payment is refunded or charged back, or as required by law. On revocation, installations of the Software tied to that key will fail their next validation. You may stop using the Software at any time; Sections 3, 6–8, and 10–13 survive termination.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its "last updated" date. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
