14-day money-back guarantee. If InterviewDashboard isn't right for you, we'll refund your purchase in full within 14 days — no questions, no forms to justify.

The guarantee

Every InterviewDashboard license purchase is covered by a 14-day refund period, starting on the date of purchase. If you request a refund within those 14 days, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.

We also offer a free 3-day trial of the Software, so you can confirm it works with your AI providers and workflow before you ever pay. We encourage you to try before you buy — but if you buy first and change your mind, the guarantee has you covered.

How to request a refund

  1. Go to the contact page and choose the topic "Refund request", or email sales at alphaaihub dot com with the subject "Refund request".
  2. Include the email address you purchased with and, if you have it, your order ID or license key. That's all we need — the purchase date is on file.
  3. We confirm and process the refund, typically within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take a few additional days to appear.

What happens to your license

  • When a refund is issued, the associated license key is revoked.
  • Installations tied to that key fail their next online validation, and the Software asks for a new key.
  • Your local data is never touched — candidates, interviews, and reviews stay on your machine. Export anything you want to keep (for example, finalized feedback forms) whenever you like.

After 14 days

Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase are not guaranteed, but we review them case by case — for example, a duplicate purchase or a key that was never activated. Reach out and we'll work with you.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank — refunds through this policy are faster for everyone. A purchase disputed through a payment provider is treated like a refund: the license key is revoked while the dispute is resolved.

Volume & firm-wide licenses

Purchases made under a separate written volume or firm-wide agreement are governed by the refund terms of that agreement rather than this policy.
